Speak to Wegadas at -40.49, -3.60, 533.73 Copy in Obol Plains to begin this quest.

1. Head back to the druid ring.
2. Click on the soil at -443, 27, 445 Copy .
3. Speak to the Spiritual Being.
4. Click on the soil again.
5. Use the wand on Wegadas.
6. Speak to Wegadas to complete the quest.
