While searching through the city of Veksar, I found a note on what appeared to be an Omen's Call defender that seems to have been dragged under the waves. The note indicated that the defender knew that he was dying, and wanted his stuff returned to the other defenders in Omen's Call. I should collect the items listed in the note, and bring them back to shore. It's likely that all of the items are still within the sunken city.

Stage 1

I must collect all of the items listed in the note.

Start:	I should look for a balanced elven rapier.
Complete:	I found the balanced elven rapier within the Warlord's chambers.

Start:	I must find a Omen's Defender clasp.
Complete:	I found the clasp within a locked treasure chest.

Start:	I should see if I can locate the helm worn by the fallen defender.
Complete:	I was able to find the helm near a pool of water.

I have collected the personal effects requested by the doomed defender.

Stage 2

I must return the items I found to Captain Wellshir in Omen's Call.

Start:	I must speak with Captain Wellshir in Omen's Call.
Complete:	I have returned the items to Captain Wellshir.

I have spoken with the captain, and returned the items I found.

I was able to collect all of the lost pieces that the fallen defender listed in his last note, and return them to his captain in Omen's Call.

You find a crumpled hand-written note on the remains of a prisoner in Veksar. The note tells you that his equipment can probably be found somewhere within these soggy halls.
