His chest can be exploding and takes a big bite, might want to rest before opening.
To journey to him:
Go west where you can climb the mountain peaks up behind them and travel east to the 1st jumping spot /way 1846.51, 155.83, -538.85
Do not worry about being a bad jumper at the exact waypnt I gave you can actually just walk up the mountain/hill.
Keep going to the 2nd jumping spot and aim for /way 1652.81, 196.10, -530.89
It can be done if maybe it takes many tries - remember that you jump higher when going from a high spot to a low spot so back up and start at the highest point on the hill jumping one second after you just gone over it's peak, angling toward that waypnt I gave. I did the jump repeatedly to test it and it worked with and without hover (my drow ability).
