Mob needed is now Lost Dragoons, located at -760,1, -430. Far as i can tell, thats the only place in zone, spent an hour looking for them.

Surveyors from Freeport have been finding the skeleton patrolmen a dangerous impediment to venturing forth into Nektulos. Boatswain Fomas of the Seafury Buccaneers has solicited me to reduce the threat to the scouts by slaying the undead Dragoons.

Stage 1

I need to protect the scouts by slaying Dragoon patrolmen within Nektulos.

Start:	I need to kill lost dragoons.
Complete:	I killed lost dragoons.

I protected the scouts by slaying Dragoon patrolmen.

The scouts should find it easier to survey the forest now that I have slain a number of the skeleton guards.
