[91] Culling the Vicious (Heroic)

To start:

You must be at least Level 90 to start this quest.

Rewards:

Speak to Vadicus Entiri at -2394, -668, -226 in the Sanctuary of Waning to begin this quest.

Even though this quest is marked as heroic the mobs required are only ^ difficulty and it can most likely be soloed.

Hunt 6 tiger-striped raptors. The withertalon scourers updated this step and can be found around either entrance tunnel to the Withertalon Breeding Caves at -2391,-591,-383 and -2321,-593,-596 , and scattered widely throughout most of the Riven Plateau.
Return to Vadicus to complete the quest.
