I did the carpenter aspect of the instance and this is what I found after dying to 10 percent of my armor...
Enter the castle. There is a big room with level 100 heroic rats. Immediately turn left and then go straight then right at the corners. At the top of the room are two doors. Take the second one. As you get closer, you will hear the dolls say "kill it," that is the room with the cauldron. Speak to the cauldron then click on the book shelf opposite the forge for the recipe. Make sure you scribe it right away. Under the bookshelf is a barrel, click on that for the second item. As you face the doors to leave the room, turn left and hug the wall until you see an opening toward the left. The wood is right inside the doorway. This is the stable.
Make an immediate left into the kitchen and click on the pot on the stove. Now you're ready to craft the traps. Go back to the Cauldron room and craft the traps.
Exit the room and turn right to the next set of doors on the same wall. Enter that room. There will be another empty room then the room with stairs. Go forward and take the doors to the left.
Go through those doors to the end of the hall and you can only go right. The doors ahead holds 2 rats. Open the door, put down the trap and go forward until it aggros them back out and the trap will kill them. Fish is in the back of this room.
Go back out of this room and turn left to next set of doors. Three rats here. Rinse repeat and get the picnic basket in the middle of the room on the right side.
Leave this room and go back to the kitchen. Opposite the pot there is an arched door. There are three rats. Kill the rats and get the champagne bottle that is on the upper right, left table in the room.
Get the heck out of there and return to Ms. Cabbageleaf in Rivervale.

This is the fourth quest in the Tradeskill Epic series. This step is for Craftsmen only, if you're not a Craftsman you're looking at the wrong page.
Neeta Cabbageleaf wants some items to help her research her grandmother's recipes.
- Make your way through Nektulos Forest to Nektropos Castle: Craftsman Errands. Again, this zone will scale but be 15-20 levels above your adventure level.
- You'll need some help with those rats to collect the stuff Neeta needs. Find the forge room and talk to an unusual cauldron (yes, a cauldron) to obtain the subquest Building a Better Rat Trap.
- Once you have your rat traps, collect Neeta's stuff:
- champagne: 32, -.12, -16 , there are three rats here
- fish bucket: 37,0,-52 , there are two rats here
- picnic basket: 22,-.79,-69 , there are three rats here
- Return to Neeta.
You will receive at least 31g, 73s, 78c for this quest. The item rewards are class-specific. Neeta will then give you the last quest in this series.
