I delivered the correspondences to both Malyl N'Vazin and Vornlin B'Vytyl at Wanderlust Fair.

Take the path west from T'Vatar Post. Wanderlust Fair can be found at 256,-22,16

Deliver a letter to Malyl N'Vazin ( 271,-20,-0.25 )
Deliver a letter to Vornlin B'Vytyl 236,-19,6

Whomever you deliver the letter to second will complete the quest.

Vornlin will now have a new quest for you and Gaussnitra (who is next to Malyl) will now offer a quest.
