This quest is initiated by examining a sheet of paper sitting on a table ( -355, 0, -642 Copy ) in Lavastorm.

If you are at Tazgar's room, stand behind him look up. It's on the second floor over look. Take the door behind him and roam around until you get up there.

You must slay 15 Sootfoot Bonecallers in Lavastorm.
