Quest Book- Getting a Copy for House?

Does anyone know who we could get a cpoy of this book from, it says it can be a house item, but when you complete the quest the book is not returned to you. I know in freeport u can re buy some quest books. Any help would be greatly appriectated.

Where did you see that it can be a house item? As far as I can tell, it is just a clickable object that updates this quest.

When you first get the book from the chest, on examine it says it's a house item. But you never get it back. It did that in Beta, too, I recall /bugging it. Either a) it was never intended as a book item or b) they forgot to hand it back.

Takes at least 5 minutes for the Captain to repop after someone takes him out.

The Captain is in a tent on the beach to the west ( 557, 15, 484 ) ; the orders are a book sitting on a crate behind him at 557, 16, 480 .

Kill Captain Gorth, grab the orders, and return to Hir'vin.

Standard Hir'Vin wants me to find the Blackshield orders somewhere among the pirates. He'd also like me to kill their captain.

Stage 1

I need the Blackshield orders. I also need to kill their captain.

Start:	I need to obtain the Blackshield orders.
Complete:	I have found the Blackshield orders.

Start:	I need to kill the captain of the Blackshield pirates.
Complete:	I have slain the captain of the Blackshield pirates.

I have slain the captain of the Blackshield pirates, and obtained their orders.

Stage 2

I need to bring these orders to Standard Hir'Vin.

Start:	I need to bring these orders to Standard Hir'Vin.
Complete:	I have spoken with Standard Hir'Vin.

I have given the orders to Standard Hir'Vin.

I have brought the orders back to Standard Hir'Vin.
