Selyse Brazenroot, the barbarian mentor in western Freeport, warned me that The Overlord is aware of the rising popularity in barbarian relocation to New Halas, and has commanded The Militia to deal with it. She would rather coerce them into behaving then be forced to kill so many of our brethren. She thinks I'm the perfect one to identify the true leader of the movement and convince them to change their mind!

I need to find a way to coerce Clan Chief Malachi Sleetsaber into recanting his speech. He must encourage barbarians to remain in Freeport, instead.

Selyse Brazenroot, the barbarian mentor in Freeport, was proud to hear that I had identified the would-be betrayer as Clan Chief Malachi Sleetsaber, and cleaved some sense into him, convincing him to reverse his prior messages and use his charisma and title to convince our barbarian brethren to stay within Freeport, instead.

This quest is only available to Barbarians.

Speak to Selyse Brazenroot at 156, -17, 127 inside the Freeport Militia House in West Freeport to begin this quest.

Go to Beggar's Court: Sweat-Stained Cobbles in North Freeport at -149, -51, -376 .
Search for clues. Once you reach around 51, -7, 62 another barbarian will inform you of a meeting.
Go to the room at 52, 5, -34 to join the meeting. Listen to the Clan Chief.
Enter the Chief's home at -32, 3, -30 .
Hail his wife, Hanne Sleetsaber, to threaten her. Expect a fight!
Once you walk out of the house speak to the Chief.
Return to the meeting room and listen to the Chief.
Return to Selyse in Freeport to complete the quest.
