Avenging Spirit

First time I tried him he poped on me as i walked up the hill. He parried EVERYTHING I threw at him so I tried again the next level.. I am a level 25 Guardian, and I couldnt land ONE Hit on him solo, he parried everything and he totally wasted me while he was 28.

At level 21, the lowest that could group with you and get credit would have been level 16. The limits for grouping and still getting quest credit/exp is the highest level minus 25%. 25% of 21 is 5, 21-5=16 =)

Someone knows about minimum level for this ?
A group member (level 12) couldnt get the assassin to upgrade the quest even when we mentored down to level 21.

Just have to have the quest and walk into tower, he will spawn and attack. Level 28 mob.

In group of two, I was L35, other L24, I killed him, but forgot to mentor. Dismissing Giidib and re-calling him re-spawned the Assassin.

You must seek out the assassin in Antonica and avenge Giidib.

Go to the the Bell of Vhalen in Antonica. A mob will spawn, spawn Viragos, the Assassin of the Hand (level 28-29) and attack you. Kill him.

Once you kill him (the whole group receives credit) you have to go back to Qeynos Provice District and talk to Frup Groaak. He'll tell you to come back later.

	This quest is part of the Froglok World Event Quest Series, originally introduced to allow players to unlock the Froglok as a playable race.
