Cook six Frostfell dinner dishes for Gumos Frostfoot. The recipe is in the Frostfell Lair Decoration scroll you received. Craft them at the Stove with Artistry skills. You will need:

12 Frostfell Groceries, from the crates near the door
6 Elven Magic (purchase from the vendor, you'll be reimbursed)

Turn them in to Gumos.
