A Rune Awakening: Antonica  

This is one of the three Teleportation quests for Wizards and Warlocks.

1. It's initiated by examining a scroll on the ground right next to the spires in Antonica -2081,13,-614 Copy .
2. Once you have examined it, find any Teleport Trainer to complete the quest and gain the ability to Translocate groups and single targets.

The Teleport Trainer also sells Planar Symbols which are consumed during the Translocation process. It is worth noting that the Teleport Trainers are typically found in the same building where mages can buy their App2 spells, and also where you would get writs.
