-248,137,59; bottom of stairs, E of Court of Truth, near Baruuq and lots of a Maj'Dul outcasts. Confirmed, she will be the only poor beggar who will have a chat bubble when mouse over.

Nazheem in Maj'Dul (patrolling near -211, 161, -93 is seeking out his mother. She is somewhere in Maj'Dul, but he doesn't know where.
His mother is a female poor beggar in one of the three locations listed below, who has been reported at multiple locations. She will be the only one with a chat bubble when you mouse over her.
She is most commonly found at Outcast's Ledge -248, 138, 25 where the most beggars are, but other reported locations are:
- -267, 137, 34
- -71, 177, 79
- -241, 137, 21
Find her and then return to Nazheem for coin and experience.

Just did the quest at level 46, so If thier was a level cap it is now gone.

seems they put a minimum level req on this quest.
I once did this in the teens and got the nice gold reward.

took me like an hour to find his mother... She was at loc. -70, 177, 82 If you go there and see a male beggar, just kill it and wait for the female beggar to spawn. Spawn time is around 5-10 mins

you can hail the mother by the drop down menu and has a hail icon on her, now you can tell her apart from the rest. i found her where the outcasts are. hope this helps.

I had same problem, i deleted quest and only option was to attack him, have spoken with him again and he has given quest, seems they have fixed this now

This quest is bugged for me, I started it ok but could not find his mother anywhere even from locations listed, I deleted quest to try it again but when I go to speak with Nazheem the only option I have is to attack him, so no more quest for me off of him. killed him to see wether on return quest would be given but no luck.

The thing you have to remember is that as with many of the NPCs in EQ2 you do not always get a menu option for Hail but if you target the beggar that doesn't want coin and press "H" you will hail her and find out that she is his mother. So just find the beggar that doesn't want coin, obviously we are looking for a female beggar, and target them and press "H" to initiate a hail.

Ok, found two different female beggars neither asking for money.. last one actually said your coin means nothing to me.. tried to hail her.. she said nothing.. returned to the son .. thought for sure I'd found right one and nada! suggestions?

I found the way to find her that does not cost 1sp. As you wander though the city the beggers all ask for money. Only one does not ask for money but asks for any scraps of food instead. That is his mother.

She's not at either location for me. I've given both of them coins and hailed them both many times and nothing happens. Could the quest be bugged now or maybe she wanders around?

His Mother is just West the Court of the Truth. You got to go down the stairs. She is the one between the Barrels, standing right in Front of a Wall. Give her some coin, then Hail her.

Many years ago, his mother had given him to a rich family to raise as their own and now that he is grown, he is looking for her. I've agreed to help him out by asking around for Nazheera. He suspects she lives amongst the city's poor.
I found Nazheera and learned why she gave Nazheem away.
I spoke with Nazheem.While I was able to locate Nazheem's mother, she was very reluctant to see her son again. She regrets selling him to a rich barrashar when she was desperate and hungry. Whatever her reasons, he has grown into a thoughtful and wealthy young man who wants to take care of her as she grows old. I hope she changes her mind someday and speaks to him.
