This quest series is only available to level 80+ Fighters.

Speak to Grand Duke Lazarus Hazran at 141, -7, 124 on the second floor of the Freeport Militia House in West Freeport to begin this quest.

Speak to Lord Titurius Ocellus at 75, -21, -5 , near the Execution Plaza in West Freeport.
Go to The Graveyard from any city bell.
Deliver the Covenant of Fealty to Volusa Tuditania at 87, -2, 24 .
Perform Volusa's duties:

Patrol the Gallows ( 32, -3, -12 )
Patrol the gate to Sunken City ( -88, -15, -93 )
Patrol Traitor's Terrace ( -51, -12, -17 )
Patrol the Longstone Courtyard ( -68, -13, 108 )
Patrol the Destroyed Tower of Marr ( 63, -2, 106 )

Patrol Scourge Tombs ( 11, -3, -99 ) .
Slay the Qeynosian spies around 36, -3, -85 . You'll get a Torn Note.
Head back to the guard station where you met Volusa. Speak to Guard Kludd.
Return to Lord Titurius Ocellus in West Freeport to complete the quest.

If you have also completed all of your main storyline quests in Freeport: Speak to Cleerie Germinas in East Freeport to be given the final reward quest, Your Eternal Reward.

One of the doomed Qeynosian spies I stumbled upon while patrolling the Graveyard, was carrying a curious note about the Lucanic Knights.

Stage 5

I should report back to the guard station within the Graveyard with the curious note that I found on the Qeynosian spy. I can reach the Graveyard by using any of the bells in and around the City of Freeport.

I proudly served the secretive, sacred order of the Lucanic Knights, and helped bring order to the City of Freeport by patrolling the Graveyard and killing several Qeynosian spies who were investigating rumors of undead knights within Lucan's Order.
