Idona of the Valkyries ( -197, 38, -637 ) asks you to retrieve some treasures stolen from them by the Frosthorns. You can retrieve the items within the Jagged Plains.

Scepter: Item update by a Frosthorn stormcaller
Diadem: Item update by a Frosthorn vindicator
Tiara: Item update by a Frosthorn shadowgore or a Frosthorn nightgore
Idol: Found around 120, 27, -531 (you will have to be very close to see it)
Urn: Found around -25.77, 21.43, -423.82 (click to pick up)

After finding all of the items, Idona thanks you and agrees to the alliance with the pioneers. She sends you back to talk with Thyr Stormhammer in the Bitterwind Pioneer Encampment. The reward is experience, achievement experience, +5,000 faction with The Order of the Blade, and at least 2g, 20s, 65c.

This opens up the quest Frozen Family Ties.

The Frosthorns have stolen a number of treasures from the Valkyries. Among the most precious of these are relics that once belonged to their deceased queens. I should search among them, retrieve the treasures, and return them to the Valkyries so they will be willing to make an accord with the Bitterwind Pioneers.

Stage 1

I need to retrieve the treasures from around the Jagged Plains.

Start:	I need to retrieve the scepter from the Frosthorns.
Complete:	I have retrieved the scepter from the Frosthorns.

Start:	I need to reclaim the diadem from the Frosthorns.
Complete:	I have reclaimed the diadem from the Frosthorns.

Start:	I need to reclaim the tiara from the Frosthorns.
Complete:	I have reclaimed the tiara from the Frosthorns.

Start:	I need to reclaim the idol from the Frosthorns.
Complete:	I have reclaimed the idol from the Frosthorns.

Start:	I need to reclaim the urn from the Frosthorns.
Complete:	I have reclaimed the urn from the Frosthorns.

I have retrieved the treasures of the valkyries.

Stage 2

As I have retrieved all of the valkyrie treasures, I should now return them to Idona.

Start:	I should return to Idona with news of my deeds.
Complete:	I have returned to Idona with news of my deeds.

I have returned the treasures to Idona, and she has sent me on to Thyr with news that the pioneers may move into the Jagged Plains.

Stage 3

I need to return to Thyr Stormhammer and deliver news that the Valkyries have given their blessing.

Start:	I need to speak with Thyr Stormhammer in the Bitterwind Pioneer Encampment.
Complete:	I have spoken with Thyr Stormhammer in the Bitterwind Pioneer Encampment.

I have delivered the good news.

I have managed to strike an accord between the Bitterwind Pioneers and the Valkyries.
