This quest is given by Kitty Valencia at Behemoth Pond in the Nektulos Forest (-251, 0, -26.99).
She asks you to harvest 30 items from the Polluted Natural Gardens in the Nektulos Forest.
After you collect 30 items from the Polluted Gardens you are told to return with 3 fayberries, 2 steppes mountain beans and 2 oolong tea leaves. Kitty will take them from your inventory.
Next, Kitty will ask you to check to see if the Maid For The Mist has been repaired. (Quest seems a bit bugged here... the quest journal will show you a blank step.) Walk to the beach and your journal gets updated, you don't have to actually go to the docks.
Return to Kitty and she'll tell you she needs 10 dusts from Sullian fairies. The fairies are around Bone Lake and there are some soloable fairies scattered here and there Near -764.56, 0.04, -497.68 .
Return to Kitty again after killing the fairies and you'll be rewarded with some pretty mediocre exp.

I'm not sure if they made the sullian fairies a more common spawn, but at the north side of Bone Lake I literally found 20 of them.
I was going to these coords for the quest "A Calling in the Forest" and that's where I found them. -866, +141, -2148.

The Fairies, Treeants, Bumblebees, Murkblooms and Wraiths share the same spawns.
I confirm this. The furthest south I found a Sullian fairy is -748.17,78.87,-1609.87, but no further.
Destroy everything between this location I mentioned and the south end of Bone Lake. You'll get them Sullian fairies easy then.

The Fairies, Treeants, Bumblebees, Murkblooms and Wraiths share the same spawns. If you kill everything, some of them will respawn as Fairies. Just keep killing everything and you can get what you need. I was doing this during daytime and night time. I could get a regular Sullian Fairy to spawn about every 3-4 min staying on the south side of Bone Lake.
UPDATE: Just tested this by killing non-Fairies. Had 8 Sullians simultaneously spawned on the south side of Bone Lake. I believe, however, that it's every spawn around the lake.

The Sullian Fairies you have find at Bone Lake Southern (-92, 60, -1436) area, not too much, You need careful to find it

Sullian fairies spawn at night fall, They can be found mostly east and south of the Bone Lake in a veriety of partisans, curruptors and plain fairies. Only fairies give quest update. Once you deplete the population of faries, there seems to be no respawn for the rest of the night.

well, seeing that the fairies you need for this one is a super rare spawn, and you need 10 of them. the reward is not worth the wasted time... DELETE...DELETE...DELETE

Sullian Fairies, ther seems to be only one that i can find. It is on the south side of the lake. I have searched the entire perimeter of Bone Lake and even ventured south a ways and still have found only one.

The location you give above is for Bone Lake. Behemoth pond is on the island straight out from the Commonlands zone in.

Sullian fairies are on faction, and opposite faction with Asialin fairies.. Basically, killing one decreases faction with them but improves it for the other.
I've killed a lot of both, and I am still not KOS to either.
The Sullian Fairy that you need for quest is exactly that. You will not get quest credit for killing Sullian Corruptor for example. I found Sullian faries near the queen spawn. If none are up, just kill all the corruptor groups in that area and the Sullian Fairies will spawn.

You don't need to have the items in your inventory, just speak to Kitty and you will get a quest update.

The last part is great. Real fun. Sullian Fairies (the solo type only) will give you the credit. Partisans, Corrupters and Royal Guards don't. Finding the solo, normal variety of fairies is a total pain. They usually spawn at some bare tree's south of bone lake, if anywhere.
