Add 10 Evol Ew defenders for 8 and 9 so far. I only found the defenders as the 3 that roam the road. I anyone else knows where defenders are...

There is a book quest in the Feerrott : 1st Lieutenant Dergud, 289AS (note this is different from Dergud 263 and from Mugreeza 289).
The book was a chest drop from an Evol Ew mender/warder pair.
I presume it is 9 x 10 kills - the first step is 10x toxic skaters (easy to find at least) and my guess would be 2 more steps of 10 more of the same - then who knows - will update.
This quest is not listed yet.

The last three steps are kill 10 evol ew defenders. Of which there are like one spawn of a group of three in all of feerrott, so expect to spend som time on this step...

The first three steps are "kill 10 fetid rallosian allegiants", the next three, "kill 10 jungle leapers". Best place for the fetid rallosians is around the tower of vhul, since there are non-heroic groups of three or four of them there...
