We just took him with a L22 Monk, L21 Warden, and a L31Sk who mentored down to L22.
I would not have thought it was possible, but we beat him even though he was yellow ^^^ L25 and we were L22/21.
The SK tanked, the Warden healed, & the monk assisted.
