location is confirmed, near towers between WFP gates and crossroads.
though the directions mentioning sergeant borus are misleading as borus stands near the tower south of the Sprawl gates

- Head straight west from Freeport gates until you come to the toweres and the small wall where Sergeant Borus stands. Sian D'ior is on the opposite side of those towers.
