Just a brief note to the point I've reached so far.
The first step involves talking to 5 scouts
I've also noticed that the NPC's might appear at certain times becuase I have walked by numerous times in the same area and they are not always present.
I have lost the names because I completed the following. They belong to Scouts Deeryen,Cendalya & Kaylinn
Scout (Gnolls)
Enter waterfalls in Ant to TS zone. Hug the wall to the right and you will hit a rock shelf in line with the watch towers. The scout pops here.

Scout (Sea Watcher)
After the gnoll scout. Follow the road along the beach. When you reach the end follow the shore shore to your right go up the wall to a rock shelf overlooking the ocean. The scout pops here.

Scout (Giants)
In the crater area along the shore line there is a rock enterance (SW). Above the enterance there is a rock outcrop that is clickable. I liked it and a message came up. Hidden between the rocks is the scout.

Centaur(Scout Eldyum) & Undead (Scout Dinardo)I have not found yet.
