Fish from the a glowing school of Koalindl in the waters around The Temple of Life in North Qeynos and get a koalindl. Examine it, decide it's too small, and throw it back and you get a koalindl scale key.

Take the key to The Down Below and find a small chest at -206, 0, -24 . Unlock the chest to receive Seeress Ealaynya Ithis's Prophecies: Book Three and Temple of Life, a house item.

Update 7 Jan 14 Now available on the loyalty merchants in Qeynos and Freeport for 5 loyalty tokens.
