House Rating Trophy

This trophy is awarded by in-game mail to the owner when their home first reaches the Hall of Fame in the Housing Directory. Pop-up text on the trophy lists the house name (as shown in the directory), the owner of the house and the date the home was inducted into the Hall of Fame.
