There appear to be only two spawn areas that these red shiney's - one on the beach from the docks to the scarecrow patch end and the other almost entirely the other end of the beachfront line, on the beach around the wizzy spire!

A red shiny!
The items in this collection are ground-spawn red shinies, which require possessing the Earring of the Solstice in your inventory or bank to see them in the zones listed unless noted differently below in the list of Items in this Collection.
When the collection is complete, you can turn it in to any Collector NPC for your reward and a very nice chunk of experience.

There are found on the beach, along the waters edge, within The Wall.
