City of Haven  

Haven is the city of last resort, a home to the homeless, a refuge for those who, through lack of honor or an interest in self-interest, claim loyalty to no other city.

The hidden entrance to Haven is located in the Thundering Steppes, in the very southwest corner of Thundermist Valley.
