All of the prices, below, are in Groggies. The Shulack Sailor's set is good but not as good as the Shulack Sailor's set. Thanks to the quest items he sells, if you cannot do groups (for whatever reason) you can farm his Daily quest to earn Groggies and buy what you need for the Group quests.
