A particularly paranoid individual by the name of Blat Berisen, in Darklight Woods, has promised to reward me for my help in obtaining a tin metal helm. He believes this helm will stop the gods of Norrath from reading his thoughts and abducting him.

Stage 1

I am to seek Frethe Zizlop in town and obtain the tin metal helm and then return to Blat Berisen. How hard could that be?

Start:	Frethe Zizlop can be found in Neriak.
Complete:	I spoke with Frethe!

Start:	Frethe is willing to give me his tin metal helm in exchange for a favor.
Complete:	Frethe gave me his tin metal helm in exchange for my help!

Start:	I must return to Blat Berisen, near the entrance to Neriak in Darklight Woods, if I want this quest to finally be over!
Complete:	I gave the tin metal helm to Blat Berisen.

Blat seemed ridiculously happy to have the tin metal helm.

Stage 2

Blat Berisen disappeared when I gave him the tin metal helm!

Start:	I should try to gather the nerve to speak with The Grand Prankster.
Complete:	I spoke with The Grand Prankster!

This wild drakota chase was a prank by the Grand Prankster, Bristlebane. Should I feel blessed?

Blat Berisen turned out to be The Grand Prankster, Fizzlethorpe Bristlebane! No wonder this "simple" journey for a tin metal helm sent me on a wild drakota chase!

In Darklight Wood just outside of the gates of Neriak at -624, -55, -66 .
In Frostfang Sea - speak to Garple Gigglegibber on the Erollis Dock at -374, 31, 164 , who gives you the quest Blat Bound.
In Greater Faydark just down the main ramp on the Green Knoll, northwest of the city, at 564, 44, 22 .
In The Commonlands next to one of the inner defense towers, at -1104, -60, 54 .
In Timorous Deep on the Gorowyn Beach at 2338, 20, 948 .

He asks that you get the tin hat from Frethe Zizlop so the gods will stop talking to him!
