Correction to this quest... the mobs to kill are Defiled Sentrys in Stormhold.

Refugees have been stumbling into Stormhold only to be butchered by the undead patrols. Squire-Guard Williamson of the Qeynos Guard has ordered me to protect the adventurers by slaying the skeleton sentries.

Stage 1

I need to defend the refugees by slaying defiled sentries within Stormhold.

Start:	I need to kill defiled sentries.
Complete:	I killed defiled sentries.

I defended the refugees by slaying defiled sentries.

The threat to the refugees has been reduced now that I have slain a number of the undead sentries.
