Speak to Sanura Lithestripe at -120, -38, -7 inside Armor by Ikthar in East Freeport.
Speak to Serris at -259, -55, -11 inside the Seafarer's Roost in East Freeport to complete the quest.

Serris needs me to track down the location of the Seafury Buccaneers' weapon stash. Once I've found the arms, Serris wants me to surreptitiously steal the weapons so they won't find their way into the hands of anyone who could use them against Freeport. Serris will be waiting for me at the dockside tavern, the Seafarer's Roost, once I have completed my task.

I'm looking for the Seafury Buccaneers' stockpile of weapons. To begin, I should inspect the crates at the Freeport docks.

Stage 3

I'm looking for the Seafury Buccaneers' stockpile of weapons. I'm running out of options, but they might be stored in the Jade Tiger's Den.

Serris is very worried that word of our activities will make it back to the Seafury Buccaneers.

I was able to find and then confiscate the Buccaneers' weapon stockpile, but the mission was anything but stealthy. I had to kill several Seafury Buccaneers that interfered with my mission, and a pair of drunkards saw the whole thing and then escaped!
