This quest is only available to Kerra.

Caltuur sends you to Hisska Rakepaw, who is now just outside Stonestair Byway in Freeport at -15, -20, -303 .
Seek out and kill five Portalcasters in Stonestair Byway. They will spawn on you almost as soon as you move away from the zone-in, and they see invis. Once you kill five they stop spawning.
Find evidence of the Portalcasters' plans. This is a paper on a table in a room at 2, -3, -66
Return to Hisska in Freeport.
Enter the hideout of the erudite organizers, and defeat them. The hideout is in Freeport, a door in the wall outside Longshadow Alley at -75, -35, -358 .
Return to Hisska.

I spoke to Caltuur, who said that Hisska Rakepaw has come to speak with me once again. Evidently, there's something happening in Stonestair Byway, and Hisska has come out seeking my help. I should look for her and see how I can lend my assistance.

Stage 1

I should seek out Hisska Rakepaw in Freeport, and see how I can lend my assistence.

I was able to defeat the organizers of the erudite assault on the kerrans of Stonestair Byway.

I should seek out the Portalcasters in Stonestair Byway, and defeat them. I will also need to see if I can find out anything about their plan.

I was able to defeat the organizers of the erudite plan to unleash another catastrophe upon the kerrans.

I defeated one of the organizers of our erudite enemies, and exacted revenge for the assault on the kerrans. Even if the guards of Freeport don't see it, we know who began this conflict. Even though we did not start it, we will end it. The erudites of Stonestair Byway will feel our wrath.
