Foci Tamara Paust, the head of the Academy of Arcane Science in the City of Freeport, tasked me with presenting a proclamation to Grand Duke Lazarus Hazran, the supreme commander of the Freeport Militia. She was quite insistent that I be the one to deliver this unwelcome news.

Stage 1

I am to present the scroll to Grand Duke Lazarus Hazran, the supreme commander of the Freeport Militia.

Start:	I must make my way to Savant Keza within the lower floors of the Militia House
Complete:	I was forced to slay several members of the Militia!

After presenting the royal proclamation to Grand Duke Hazran, several members of the Militia attacked me!

Stage 2

The Spellsplitters are no longer considered a division of the Freeport Militia. I am to deliver this news to Savant Keza within the lower floors of the Militia house.

Start:	Speak to Savant Keza, of the Spellsplitters
Complete:

Savant Keza took the news that the Spellsplitters are now a part of the Academy of Arcane Science a lot better than the members of the Militia did.

Stage 3

Savant Keza insisted that we take the confiscated arcane bits and baubles that are in the Militia's lower dungeons back with us to the Academy.

Start:	Gather all of the confiscated arcane items
Complete:

I found all of the confiscated arcane bits and baubles that were in the Militia's lower dungeons.

Stage 4

I should return to Savant Keza and escort her from the Freeport Militia to the Academy of Arcane Science.

Stage 5

I should report back to Foci Tamara Paust, in the City of Freeport.

I reported my success to Foci Tamara Paust, the head of the Academy of Arcane Science.

I proudly served Freeport's Academy of Arcane Science by escorting the Spellsplitters out from under the Freeport Militia's management. It seems that the Overlord blamed the Militia for the Spellsplitter's ineffectiveness at keeping Freeport and himself protected. Foci Tamara Paust was quite pleased with my work and with the invaluable assets I returned with.

This quest series is only available to level 80+ Mages.

Speak to Foci Tamara Paust at 18, -34, -148 on the lower level of the Academy of Arcane Science in North Freeport to begin this quest.

Speak to Grand Duke Lazarus Hazran at 142, -7, 124 on the second level of the Freeport Militia House, West Freeport.
Head to the basement of the militia house. You'll be attacked as you reach the final staircase down.
Speak to Savant Keza at 172, -23, 137 .
Go to the jail cell area and click on the door to the lower dungeons at 132, -26, 141 .
Kill your way down and open up the jail cells to collect the 5 arcane items.
Return to Savant Keza. Take her to the Academy of Arcane Science.
Return to Foci Tamara to complete the quest.

If you have also completed all of your main storyline quests in Freeport: Speak to Cleerie Germinas in East Freeport to be given the final reward quest, Your Eternal Reward.
