Sub-quest of Insider Trading.

Safa in the Hall of the Fell Blade wants you to make some items for her. Safa gives you a recipe, Armaments of Paineel, but you must harvest or buy the ingredients yourself. The recipes are level 80 artisan, and use Geomancy and Binding. These items will not appear in your inventory.

The recipe scroll, Armaments of Paineel, teaches you how to make:

• traditional Paineel greatsword
• tabard of the Fell Blade
• traditional Paineel breastplate
• traditional Paineel greaves

Note: These are auto-updates as you complete the recipes and do not create physical items in your inventory (which is why they are not item records, here).

• Make 3 traditional Paineel greaves - at the forge, takes 3 titanium ore, 2 quicksilver clusters and 1 ethereal coal each
• Make 3 traditional Paineel breastplates - at the forge, takes 3 titanium ore, 2 quicksilver clusters and 1 ethereal coal each
• Make 3 traditional Paineel greatswords - at the forge, takes 3 titanium ore, 2 quicksilver clusters and 1 ethereal coal each
• Make 3 tabards of the Fell Blade - at the loom, takes 3 bamboo shoots, 2 quicksilver clusters and 1 ethereal filament each
