You need to kill scouts as above, then 7 Bloodskull Priests, then 8 Bloodskull Warriors.

That completes the cooking with Elves part, and has a small XP reward

I've found a rather fascinating volume, apparently by a researcher named Grelya Cook. It looks like a recipe book! I'm going to try to round up the various missing pieces to see whether any of her recipes are worth trying.

After all that, it wasn't a recipe book with elvish recipes -- it was a book about cooking elves! Disgusting! It did, however, make me kind of hungry.

This quest is initiated by reading Recipe 1 in the book "An Old Cookbook." This quest consists of 3 kill tasks. After each set of kill tasks you must read the book again to receive the next task. To receive the house item of the book, you need to complete the 3 tasks given by each quest in the book(9 tasks in total).
