I met an emotionally charged Teir'Dal named Siyamak in Maj'Dul. While he seems to want my help, he also tried to push me away. He's asked me to help one of the outcast women and said that by helping her, I would be helping him. Now to locate the correct outcast before I run out of alms.
I've assisted the outcast.
I've spoken with Siyamak.The outcast said she was trapped in a semi-immortal existence due to a curse by "the Master." Though she never said so, I suspect she was referring to the Djinn Master. She was cursed with a form of immortality and wanted to be released. By destroying a particular vessel, I released her. According to Siyamak, each djinn vessel that is destroyed removes some of their power. Siyamak holds a grudge against the djinn for controlling him and so truly, by helping the outcast I helped him. A little.
Stage 1

At +1441 -117 -135 you find the way to climb down to the stone pillar which is on a little island. Be careful at the top when you're invis. You have to go very on the edge to not get aggro.

It has not changed... just did it and started the quest with Siyamak then went to the outcast and she sent me to get the vase..

The quest seems to have changed some what, firstly to start the quest now you speak to Ghost of Hadel the npc spawned from sectrets of a used skull.
The next step is to find the vase which is aboive however I found my vase in the trade court on the ledge at loc -693, -42, -175.
After that you go to Maj'Dul and speak to the outcast (near antiquter).
Steps 4,5,6 have not changed.

The Name of My Forefathers given by Zeke in Maj'Dul is a prerequisite for this quest. Siyamak will not talk to you until you complete it.
(The peacock series does not appear related - I have not yet completed A Final Note in that line. All of the DoF factions hate me. As soon as I completed The Name of My Forefathers it became available.)

There is a levevl 55 Dijinn Lord that will spawn on top of the rock as well, so be careful. If you agro him just climb back on the wall to lose agro. I managed to inch my way back up the wall and stand on the very edge without getting agro. Then slowly made my way around the left side till I got the update then, hit evac and jumped off the edge. Think I zoned out before I hit the water lol. Looooong drop. Hope this helps.

The Djinni at the top of the pillar are no problem if you invis, then just balance on the edge, following it clockwise until you get update.

I have this quest and I've never spoken to the elephant lady. Who ever said "Consequences" was needed to do it was wrong.

There is a slight mistake in this, between steps 3 and 4 you must return to the outcast after getting the vase then head to the Pillars of Flame to drop it off.

Just so ppl know, if you hail Siyamak, he get's non attackable. So only hail him if you popped hom your self ;)

If he follows the same rule as Barakah, it is Shimmering Citadel access that will unlock this quest.

Someone in the other thread suggested that the prerequisite was Zeak Two-Tone's quest, and I think that's it. They didn't talk to me until I finished that.

I found the vase atop the trade court on one of the side platforms while I was doing the Delving into Darkness quest. Based on other input here, seems to spawn in a number of places.

As an added note, at the top of the stone pillar is a named djinn that sees through invis and is level 53 heroic with 3 guards.

I have discovered what is ment by u turn and drop into the pool. It is not the first pool that u come to near the zone in point. You must drop down into that pool turn Left to look SW (i think) to the tunnel that leads through to the Court of Residence. Once in the court of Residence, u will see a Large building directly infront of u with a walk way around it. Go straight out of the tunnel (into the court of residence) and go up on to that walk way. Fight your way around it and if you look on your left at the wall imdietly around the corner their should be a towerish part of the building, it is mirrored on the other side of the no access door. If u climb up the first one u will have to kill more mobs.. so stick to the side of the wall and fight through the mobs past the non access door to the second towerish thingy and climb up that. Drop into the aquaduct go straight till you come to a "T" junction and go left around and then Drop into the pool.. and hay presto ur in the court of priests and where he starts off explaining (he being Lavi of Fallen)
By "u turn" he Lavi means look SE from the pool and directly infront of u is a large climbable tower it has 4 mobs of one arrow down single 53's and a couple 3x arrow down and 2 x arrow down (dont have to fight to get update)

Hey, id jus like to emphasis the point of clarity in descriptions. Its critical if your gunna write up a quest descriptions - Lavi has done very well in this case providing Coordinates WITH a general Description of area they at <-VERY important lol we all kno on what kinda missions that gold line can send us on
The point i want to pick up on is where he/you says then hook a right u turn at the pool u drop into.... ??? it might jus mean me.. but lol i have no idea what exactly he means? Dont zone here alot n i cant find a map... No-one seems to want to help me on OCC i cant find this Court of Priests and u cant pass (with chameleon totem invis) the Sul Dal Merchants either side of huge building where the specteral market enforcers are =o/

iam lvl 52 and can do this quest but i have ally with my faction and have done the peacock club quests..

not really sure about it honestly. I had done lots of quest from sinking sands after DOF started and didn't find these quests until I was level 53 last week. Try doing stuff from the npc's around the docks like Gassahn and Allyah perhaps.

Siyamak is the silver dragon in disguise so i am sure there will be more to this then just the quest but maybe not who knows.

- Speak to Siyamak in Maj'Dul. He is in the eastern section called the Outcasts' Ledge in a dead end of apartments at ( -249, 137, 60 ) .
- Speak to the female an outcast of Maj'Dul kneeling under the tent just north of him that is next to Antiquitor Kantus Mor'Tael.
- Go to the Living Tombs. The vase is in the Priestess' Court. When entering the Priestess' Court from the aqueduct simply drop to the pool below, then hook a right u-turn. There is a climbable wall that goes up a high tower. The vase is at the top right in front of you ( -309, 30, 191 ) . Take it back to the Outcast of Maj'Dul.
- Go to Pillars of Flame. In the far southwest (next to the Giant's Field Magic Carpet from the encampment) is a stone pillar surrounded by djinn. Climb to the top and go behind the pointy rock ( 1590.70, -76.46, -83.94 ) for the update.
- Return to the outcast for an update.
- Return to Siyamak. Reward is a level 54 Adept 1 (there is one choice for each class).
