This is the last quest for The Tribunal.

Speak with Justinian Theo in Timorous Deep. He wants you to go to the proceedings of the trial against the accused. When ready, he'll port you there.

Once there, speak with the Seventh Hammer, then the Defendant, the Defender, the Prosecutor, view the evidence, question the witnesses. No fighting, just a lot of clicking and reading. When done, speak to the Seventh Hammer and give your verdict, guilty or not.

Chose not guilty. The evidence was incomplete (the note found was torn and words missing), and couldn't be considered conclusive.

Head back to the door and out to Justinian Theo. Speak with him to receive your cloak and finish this quest series.

There is one last task before me to return the Tribunal's guidance to Norrath. I must listen to the facts and determine the guilt or innocence of an accused party. My actions to this point have proven my faith. Now, I must demonstrate that I've learned enough about justice.

Stage 1

Within the Temple of the Gavel, I will need to offer my counsel concerning a matter of the law.

Start:	I should present myself to the official presiding over the Sacred Temple of the Hammer.
Complete:	I've spoken with the Seventh Hammer.

The Seventh Hammer will allow me to interview the defendant as well as the witnesses in this case.

Stage 2

I will need to speak with the defense counsel, the prosecutor and the witnesses as well as the defendant to learn more about this case.

Start:	After learning more about this case, I will need to tell the Seventh Hammer what my verdict is in this case.
Complete:	I've given the Seventh Hammer my verdict and he is pleased with the result.

I've made determinations concerning the law based upon my experiences, the testimony of the witnesses and direct examination of the evidence. My decision was not made lightly.

Stage 3

Now that I have completed this trial, I must relay the good news to Justinian Theo.

Start:	Justinian will be waiting for me in Timorous Deep.
Complete:	I've spoken with Justinian Theo.

Justinian was glad to hear my news.

By speaking with the witnesses, examining the evidence and drawing upon my newfound knowledge of the law, I was able to come to a conclusion about the defendant for the Seventh Hammer. He is satisfied that I will be a noble emissary for the Tribunal.
