I met with a member of the Seafury Buccaneers known as Privateer Twitchwhisker. He had heard of the work I did for other members of the Buccaneers, and offered me some more work for them. A few Buccaneers were apparently apprehended by the Freeport Militia, and need to be rescued. I am to gather up some pardons from the magistrate's office, and get them forged with his signature.

Stage 1

I should search for the unsigned pardons at the magistrate's office in Freeport.

I was able to collect the pardons and return them.

Stage 2

I will need to replace the official pardons on the magistrate's desk with the forged documents I have. I will need to watch out for the guards, however, as they might be hostile if they see what I am doing.

Start:	Speak with Captain Siren at the Freeport docks.

I was able to place the forged documents, and have met with none other than Captain Siren herself.

I was able to set up the false pardons in the office of the Freeport Militia, which should facilitate the release of the captured Seafury Buccaneers. My actions have earned the attention of none other than Captain Siren herself, who said that there would likely be more work for me in the future.

You must be a level 40+ Scout to be offered this quest.

Speak to Privateer Twitchwhisker at -235, -56, 155 in South Freeport to begin this quest.

Collect the unsigned pardon. It is on the second floor of the Freeport Militia House at 138, -7, 132 .
Speak to T'ral D'zarn at 4, -7, -136 in the Academy of Arcane Science, North Freeport.
Enter Longshadow Alley: Daeneth Cloister by clicking on the door at -92, -35, -367 in North Freeport.
Get 5 wanted posters. These look like clipboards with a white glow. Known locations:

-23, 4, 32
37, -0.09, 9
36, -1, -15
20, 0, 2
-20, 1, -11

Return to T'ral in the Academy of Arcane Science.
Speak to Privateer Twitchwhisker, -235, -56, 155 in South Freeport.
Go to the magistrate's office in the Freeport Militia House and swap the papers by clicking the table around 166, -23, 131 .
Return to Privateer Twitchwhisker.
Return to Captain Siren at -302, -58, 138 to complete the quest.

You must be level 60+ to continue the Freeport Scout quests.
