Gol wants you to stop the head summoner in Qeynos from summoning war minions and sends you to prove your dedication to Freeport by carrying out this task.

Slay the Portal Beast that made it through.
Return to Gol M'Tun in Antonica.

Gol M'Tun has given me a task for the city of Freeport. The Overlord has come across some information that disturbs him. The Concordium of Qeynos has been working on a powerful summoning magic in a secret chamber behind their tower in South Qeynos. The head summoner is on the verge of being able to summon beasts through a portal to act as war minions for Qeynos. The summoner must be stopped.

Stage 1

I need to stop the head summoner in the Summoning Chamber behind the Concordium tower in South Qeynos.

Start:	Dispatch the summoner in the Summoning Chamber behind the Concordium tower in South Qeynos.
Complete:	I killed the summoner, but was too late to stop the first beast from entering.

Stage 2

I killed the summoner, but was too late to stop the beast. I'll need to get rid of it as well.

Start:	I need to kill the Portal Beast that made it through.

I need to return to Gol M'Tun in Antonica.

Start:	Head back to Gol M'Tun in Antonica.
Complete:	I returned to Gol M'Tun.

I was able to infiltrate the Summoning Chamber, but was too late to stop the first summoned beast. After killing the beast, the Chamber should be out of commission for quite some time. I returned to Gol and was rewarded for my efforts.
