The Overlord's instructions are to get to the artifacts before the drakota can collect them all to recreate the harness spell. I'm returning to the mines to get the main artifact piece first. Hopefully, one of his future instructions will be for me to get rid of Mareva D'Iniv. She's getting on my nerves.

Stage 1

I'm going to return to the mine in which I found the note concerning the last artifact. I'm sure the artifact is located in that mine.

Start:	Locate the artifact before the drakota do.
Complete:	Located the harness artifact.

I've located the artifact.

Stage 2

I must return to Mareva D'Iniv and tell her the news of the drakota ambush.

Start:	Speak with Mareva D'Iniv.
Complete:	Spoke with Mareva D'Iniv.

I've reported to that mudskipper Mareva D'Iniv.

I recovered the artifact that would allow the drakota to recreate the harness spell necessary to control them. Before I could get the artifact back to Freeport, the drakota and roekillik attacked me and took the artifact from me. If the drakota have recovered the other artifacts needed, they'll be able to rule themselves. Mareva gloated over this failure and reports that she'll make sure the Overlord hears of my failure. How I hate that female.

This quest is given by Mareva D'Iniv in North Freeport or Pearl Honeywine in Qeynos Harbor AFTER you complete the Revelation quest. It is the third part of an ongoing world event.

You must head back to the dungeon appropriate to your level (in The Commonlands, Zek, the Orcish Wastes or Everfrost) and return to a more difficult version of the zone.

Once inside you must find a relic at 393, -120, -155 which looks like a cage. A rat will spawn at this point, freezes you for 30 seconds, and then despawns. In The Rockillik Exavation sneak around behind the arena 135.07, -47.90, 748.79. It is under the platform with Reverent Controllers.

Those on the high level version can find the artifact at -93, -47, -328 .
