From the GU 55 patch notes: The quests "A Necromancer's Request", "A Wizard's Request", "Mouthing Off" and "Clockwork Despair" have had their level raised to more accurately reflect the level of difficulty.

This quest is for good aligned characters.

Veneficus needs eight drake blood and five shambler spore pods. Find Ebon Drakes and Shamblers around Dragonscale Hills.

Collect the items and return to Veneficus for your reward.
