My Tunare Mushroom was at -73, 5, -77.

The one at +75, +4, -101 didn't work for me, so I guess they are different for different people?

I came across a couple of fake mushrooms, glowing with a right-click "release spores" message but which didn't give updates to the quest. The East of River Road mushroom wasn't the one listed, though there was a glowing mushroom there. Here's my correction:
East of River Road: -446, 31, -75

It doesn't You need to betray city to be Kelethin citizen before start those quest.... useless :( And you can not betray without changing your class and reseting all your spells right?

He's talking about the enormous mushrooms, not the tiny ones, thank Tunare. Here are the locations.

Tunare's mushroom: +75 +4 -101
East of River Road: -218 +4 +27
Upper Emerald River: -541 +30 +181

Just double-click (or right-click) on them once to release the spores, which update the quest. Then head back to Gibrien to turn in the quest. It is repeatable.
