Knut Orcbane, an acclaimed barbarian clan hero of yesteryear, stationed at Cragged Spine, may not be playing a full set of pipes, but he has reason to believe that the Velinoid you found deep within Erollis contain old magick that can be used against the Ry'Gorr.

Stage 1

Return to the Velinoid Catacombs below Erollis to hunt velinoid smashers.

Start:	Slay velinoid smashers in your effort to obtain their flawless velium cores.
Complete:	You have obtained enough flawless velium cores to suffice.

You should return to Knut Orcbane, at Cragged Spine, with the flawless velium cores you obtained.

Knut Orcbane, an acclaimed barbarian clan hero of yesteryear, sent you back within the Velinoid Catacombs after their flawless velium cores, which he had assumed was the source of the old magick he sensed emanating off you. But when you returned with the velium cores he found he was mistaken. They were not the source of the old magick. Thankfully, he did not hold this against you and rewarded you, anyway.

Speak to Knut Orcbane in the Cragged Spine to begin this quest.

You must first complete Thirin Veliumdelver's quest, Ry'Gorr Mining Operations, before you can receive this quest.

Head to the underwater cave at 49.89, -108.66, 380.89 and go through it.
Once on the other side, head to -35.50, -67.60, 144.61 and kill Velinoid Smashers. You need 6 in total.
Return to Knut Orcbane to complete the quest.
