I've completed all of the tasks for the Froglok villagers and spoken with Chief Kaorf. The Chief gave me a Talisman that I can use to find the village again someday.

Use the Froglok Pondstone you received at the end of When the Darkness Comes or Eliminate Geraufl.

If you are good, stand on a small rock in Crater Pond in Antonica at 153, -23, 457
If you are evil, stand in the Dog Pond in The Commonlands at -1052, -50, -244

You will be zoned to The Hidden Village of Kugup.
