Note: The infiltration quests require you to enter parts of Qeynos that have many high level guards. You can reach these parts of the city via The Down Below, but be observant of wandering guards in the area.

Begin this quest by speaking to Gol M'Tun at -30, -15, -56 in Antonica.

Gol wants you to infiltrate the first meeting of a new militant sect in Qeynos to replace their speech with one from the Dismal Rage. He warns that you really shouldn't kill too many attendees because they might be noticed.

Enter the Triple Inn Room, located near the Clothspinners in North Qeynos, Qeynos Capitol District.
Replace the sermon without killing too many people. Note: If you kill too many people you will be unable to complete this quest. Avoid aggro as much as possible.

You'll need to right-click on the man inside the first room on the right to steal his key.
Head upstairs and replace the sermon on the podium. If you position yourself well, you may be able to avoid aggro.

Return to Gol M'Tun in Antonica.

A new militant sect has split apart from the Celestial Watch. They are going to be holding their first meeting in a house in North Qeynos near the Clothspinners. I am to break in and replace the speech that is going to be given with one the Dismal Rage has written. I can't kill too many attendees or they will probably notice.
