I have interviewed taskmasters and slaves and determined Taskmaster Oriss to be at fault.

I should take care of Taskmaster Oriss for the sake of the Wheel's security.

Start:	I need to kill Taskmaster Oriss.
Complete:	I have killed Taskmaster Oriss.

Start:	I should report to Taskmaster Gax that the deed is done.
Complete:	I have reported that the deed is done.

I have eliminated the threat of Taskmaster Oriss to the Wheel.

I have discovered that it was Taskmaster Oriss's neglect that enabled the slaves to escape and have killed her at Gax's order.

Taskmaster Gax wants to know if any Taskmasters aided in the escape, or at least who he should blame for it.

Talk to Slave Opp. This NPC is just to the right of the starting NPC.
Talk to Taskmaster Rik. If you turn around so Slave Opp is to your back, you can see the book icon over Rik's head.
Talk to Slave Brak. He is next to Taskmaster Rik.
Kill Taskmaster Oriss. If you turn to face Taskmaster Rik, there is a building in the distance. Head to that to find Taskmaster Oriss. (Loc: -6.81, -112.31, 678.20. Level 76 ^ mob)

Return to Taskmaster Gax for your reward.
