This quest is given by Quint Cerlius M.E. after you complete Innocence and Allegiance.

You must Find a scroll in a tent on the eastern part of the Deathfist mine area 187, 12, -123 Copy and kill Equite Recruits in Zek to get 6 manifests, an uncommon auto-updating drop.

After completing this task you should return to Quint Cerlius M.E. for your choice of rewards, and to open up the Tools of the Mistrade quest.
