An Unfinished Statue  

This is a statue, presumably, of High Lord William Taros, last commander of Marr's Fist Keep (now commonly known as the Ruins of Befallen).

It would be kind to believe that his superiors, following his valiant yet doomed attempt to single-handedly remove the Undead that were formerly his men, realized he was telling the truth and sought to erect this statue in his honor. It can also be guessed that the Undead disrupted the creation of the statue and so it stands, unfinished and missing it's shield.
