AFAIK, There are only two of these in the entire zone and both spawn around 15.57, 0.19, -99.00 .
One spawns alone that not only has one of the worst drop rates of any zone I've ever experienced (And I thought The Peat Bog was bad till I saw this) but also only seems to drop the only two FSRs for this zone. The other spawns grouped with a Bloodsaber meddler. These two will drop everything else from adepts, recipe books to armor and a quest starter.
Oddly enough the grouped mob always seems to drop big chests too :P
