Sata is the Quel'ule Faction Merchant. When you reach 10,000 faction with Researchers of Quel'ule you can purchase Advanced recipe scrolls for levels 81 to 89 from him. When you reach 40,000 faction you can buy one of the Secrets of Quel'ule tomes from him with special recipes in it. All of the recipe scrolls and books are HEIRLOOM. He also sells Erudite furniture, available at 10,000 faction, which are all HEIRLOOM.
