I found a note once intended for Shan Yeu. The condition of the paper suggests that this note is quite old, though the advice may still be useful. I should train myself against the wooly spiders of Everfrost.

Stage 1

I will assail the wooly spiders and learn from the attack.

Start:	Slay ten wooly spiders
Complete:	I've slain ten wooly spiders

I was able to learn and defeat the wooly spiders.

Perhaps my soul has grown stronger as the note said, but the tangible bounty found within the spiders was more satisfying.
