Speak to Thirin Veliumdelver in the Cragged Spine to begin this quest.

Head to the beach at 330.80, 23.37, 199.31 . You should be able to see an iceeberg to the left of the Jagged Daggers island.
The mob you need is at 76.78, 25.03, 946.03 . It's called a lazy Ry'Gorr orc.
Right-click the mob and select your only option. Watch the nice cutscene.
If they weren't there already, then several mobs will have spawned behind you once the cutscene is over, so be aware of them.
Return to Thirin Veliumdelver to complete the quest.

Thirin Veliumdelver has told me the Ry'Gorr scrying eye allows the user to see through the eyes of another. Knowing this I am being sent to an iceberg, east of the Jagged Daggers Isle, to use the eye on the Ry'Gorr there and see what there is to learn.

Stage 1

I need to travel to the iceberg, east of the Jagged Daggers Isle, and use the Ry'Gorr Scrying Eye on an unsuspecting orc.

Start:	I need to use the Ry'Gorr Scrying Eye on "a lazy Ry'Gorr orc."
Complete:	I have used the Ry'Gorr Scrying Eye on "a lazy Ry'Gorr orc."

I was able to use the scrying eye on a lazy Ry'Gorr Orc and see through his eyes.

Stage 2

It appears there is an underwater tunnel that leads underneath Erollis. I should inform Thirin Veliumdelver right away.

Start:	I should speak with Thirin Veliumdelver about the underwater tunnel.
Complete:	I have spoken with Thirin Veliumdelver.

I was able to inform Thirin Veliumdelver of the underwater tunnel.

Upon using the Ry'Gorr Scrying eye I discovered that the orcs are traveling to an underwater cavern, below Erollis.
